Our Youths team prepare to kick off their season when they welcome near neighbours Newmarket Celtic to Shannon Road on Saturday morning next.

Under the stewardship of management, the team have been balancing preseason with the culmination of the schoolboy's season recently and are looking forward to the season ahead.

The team have been dogged by longterm injuries to key players Liam Flynn, Brendan Carey and more recently Niall Liddane. The squad have added some new recruits however, Cian Austin, Luc Fitzpatrick and Ukrainian, Yari Shevchenko all signing on the the season ahead.

They'll be looking to compliment current junior players Darragh Hayes, Jack O'Halloran and Adam Holloway and make their place in the 11.

Current holders of the Youths Premier Division title Newmarket Celtic will travel with confidence to Shannon Road and a cracking game is in store in this season opener.
