Our u19s suffered a 3-1 loss away to the hands of Avenue United.

Bridge will feel disappointed by the performance on the day, failing to get in to their usual rhythm.

A goal down early on, Mikey Carr got our equalising goal in the first half only to succumb to two second half goals from the home side without reply.

The form of Mikey Carr this season will give cause for optimism, the young combative midfielder has featured on occasion for the club's A Team and has acquited himself quite well at that level.

Bridge have one league game remaining, a tricky tie with Moher Celtic. A must win game and keeping an eye on results elsewhere to fall in their favour to qualify for the knockout stages.

There's no doubting the talent and resolve is there. They'll be eager to bounce back quickly form this one.
