A record of 14 wins and 4 draws for Bridge United A has seen the target set at 46 points in this years title race but likely to see us fall just short of claiming a first title in 10 years.

As expected last evening a proud Avenue put in a shift to avoid any league celebrations on their patch and no doubt they will have similar incentive next Friday when Newmarket visit. 

Although Bridge have matchied Newmarket Celtics record breaking tally of 46 points set last year, 47 points is now the winning marker this year. 

The club would like to thank all the players for their huge effort this year. Hugh Kelly Cup winners and an unbeaten premier  league campaign are 2 unprecedented achievements for the club and for that we thank you. 

If 46 points will be enough it remains to be seen  but either way it has been an honest campaign where every point has been earned.
