We are delighted to announce that both Scott Kirkland and Adam Fitzpatrick will be joining up with team mate Liam Buckley with Treaty United U19's for the up and coming LOI season.
All three players have been outstanding for the club in recent seasons and picked up Youths League and Cup winners medals in 2020. As well as representing his club Scott has been an ever present on Clare squads through his Schoolboys days.
Bridge United U19 Head Coach Ruairi Price commented ' We are delighted for Scott to make the step up to Treaty United. I've managed Scott with the Clare Youths also and he's a fantastic player. On behalf of coaching team Darren Keane, Stephen Stewart, Kieran Quinlan and myself we wish him the very best of luck for the coming season'
Adam is no stranger to LOI football having played and captained Limerick sides at U15 & u17 level. Adam was excellent last year for our youths sides as well as playing with our A & B Junior teams.
Current A team Manager Mark Culbert spoke about his pride on having 3 representatives from last years youth team receiving the recognition they deserve, ' We are really delighted for them and they will be able to play at a level that they deserve. It shows that the club are doing something right and we hope that this will continue going forward. We hope that restrictions allowing we will be able to go and support them and we wish them the best of luck'.
The LOI U19 season is scheduled to kick off in the coming months.
