Our B team took a huge step to guaranteeing promotion by convincingly defeating fellow promotion chasers Turnpike Rovers on Sunday morning. 

2 first half goals from Kieran Quinlan and a third from John Keogh wrapped up a brilliant first half performance. 

Turnpike missed a penalty midway through the second period before reducing the deficit on 65 mins. John Keogh scored his 2nd on 70 minutes to restore the 3 goal cushion. 

The hosts had to battle hard to defend against a Turnpike onslaught in the closing stages but did so admirably to put themselves in a very strong position to challenge for the 2nd Division title.
