Premier League
Mountshannon Celtic - 1
Bridge United A - 6
Following a nervous start to the game where Mountshannon created the better chances Bridge United opened the scoring on 25 minutes when Adrian Whyte slotted a Davy Lynch cross home from 6 yards. Jordan Downes doubled the lead on 35 minutes following some good work from Peter Kirwisa and Lynch.
Lynch followed up his two assists with a goal of his own on 50 minutes when he picked up the ball wide no the right and drove at the Mountshannon defence winding his way past 3 defenders before brilliantly scoring past Kavanagh in the goal.
Mountshannon pulled one back directly from a corner on 60 minutes before Kirwisi scored on 65 minutes converting a threw ball by Barry Downes. Jordan Downes scored his second when he converted Mannerings goal bound effort and Downes completed his hattrick on 85 when he headed home Lynchs corner.
An important win for a depleted Bridge side with some outstanding performances and many positives to work with.

Hermitage FC - 1
Bridge United - 2
An 85th minute Kieran Quinlan (pictured) winner secured a hard fought victory for Bridge United B against a strong Hermitage side on Sunday afternoon. The home side led at the break scoring directly from a corner and could have extended the lead on a number of occasions before the break.
The Bridge however had to dig deep in second half and got their reward on 70 minutes when a Barry Deasy punt up the field travelled all the way to the edge of the Hermitage box where John Keogh held off the centre half before calmly slotting past the keeper.
With the game looking likely to end as a draw the Bridge were rewarded a free kick at the edge of the box after a foul on Mikey McNamara. Kieran Quinlan stepped up with his supposedly weaker left peg to curl a brilliant effort into the top corner of the net.
Hermitage threw everything at the visitors in the remaining minutes but the Bridge held on for a crucial three points.
